Class-Approved Marine Engineering and Refit Solutions

In the maritime sector we add value to your vessels with class-approved (Lloyd's, RINA) electrical switchboards, PLC automation and Power Management (PMS) systems. As Leona Engineering we provide mobile technical service and turnkey refit along the America, Europe and Mediterranean routes. With our internationally certified team we ensure guaranteed and uninterrupted operation in fault diagnosis, maintenance and modernisation.

Generator Synchronisation & PMS

We modernise your vessel's power management with DEIF and ComAp based PMS (Power Management) systems. We maximise operational safety with automatic synchronisation, active load sharing and 'black-out' preventing smart automation software.

Alternator Overhaul & AVR

We carry out alternator winding insulation (Megger) tests, AVR voltage regulator calibration and rotating diode group checks. With load tests and protection relay (Reverse Power) settings we guarantee that your generators run at 100% performance in all conditions.

Engine Room Automation & PLC

We develop PLC (Siemens S7/WAGO) based control software for main engine, boiler and pump systems. We digitalise the engine room with sensor calibration (4-20mA), pressure/temperature transmitter testing and Alarm Monitoring System (AMS) modernisation

Marine Communication & Navigation Systems

We carry out field installation and maintenance of satellite internet, VSAT, radar, FLIR and navigation systems. We strengthen your digital infrastructure at sea with NMEA2000/0183 network integration, steering/autopilot calibration and bridge automation.
