Which regions do you serve?
With our operation bases in Dalaman and İskenderun we serve the entire Aegean and Mediterranean coastline. With our mobile teams we carry out ship/yacht technical service and complete refit projects across America and Europe.
How quickly can you respond in an emergency breakdown?
We respond to marine and industrial emergencies 24/7. Within Türkiye this is usually same-day; for international operations our mobilisation time is confirmed according to the project and location. Our emergency mobile service team is always ready so your critical operations never stop.
Which certificates and competencies do you hold?
Our team includes Lloyd's and BV approved engineers, certified ETOs, a KNX trainer, Crestron specialists, PLC/SCADA programmers and High Voltage certified technicians. We run our projects in line with international standards.
Do you work on both commercial ships and superyachts?
Yes. We provide end-to-end technical service on commercial ships and superyachts, including electrical, automation and hydraulic system faults as well as refit projects.
Do you only carry out installation, or maintenance as well?
We cover both. We provide installation, system integration, periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and remote monitoring (IoT) in full. We also sign long-term service agreements with our clients.
Are you specially authorised for Starlink installation?
For Starlink Maritime and fixed infrastructure installations we deliver integrated solutions with Peplink bonding technology and firewall security. We provide office-speed, uninterrupted connectivity on ships, yachts and industrial facilities.
How does the pre-project survey and quotation process work?
Simply reach us through the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp. After reviewing your request we plan a site survey (remote or on-site), carry out a needs analysis and come back with a detailed quotation. For complex projects we clarify the scope and schedule after a preliminary survey.
Would you recommend KNX or Crestron?
We hold certified expertise in both systems. We determine the most suitable solution together, based on project scale, user habits and integration needs. KNX is generally more flexible and an open standard; Crestron offers a more integrated user experience in high-end villas.
Do you provide turnkey service for transformer and MV/LV projects?
Yes. We deliver MV-LV power transmission lines, substation installation, panel manufacturing, PLC/SCADA integration and commissioning turnkey, on a "Zero Downtime" principle.
Which systems can we track with your remote monitoring and IoT solutions?
Through Starlink and industrial sensors we can monitor villas, yachts, power panels and mechanical systems remotely, 24/7. Early warning and diagnostic mechanisms keep operational downtime to a minimum in case of an anomaly.
Do you provide warranty and after-sales support?
All our installation and engineering services carry an engineering guarantee; warranty and maintenance terms are set out in the contract according to the project scope.
Who handles logistics and mobilisation in international projects?
With our global mobilisation capability we send teams on site across America and Europe. Depending on the project scope we can take on travel, accommodation and equipment logistics ourselves, or work in coordination with the client's logistics.
