Class-Approved MSB & ESB Switchboards

Thermal camera heat checks, Megger insulation tests and ACB maintenance on main and emergency switchboards. Reporting to Lloyd's/RINA standards and busbar torqueing.

Navigation & GMDSS

Annual maintenance and magnetron replacement for X/S-Band radar, ECDIS and gyro compass systems. We integrate AIS, GPS and autopilot systems over the NMEA protocol.

Marine Mechanical & Hydraulic Systems

Hydraulic Re-piping

Renewal of high-pressure hydraulic, fuel and sea water circuits with SCH80 seamless steel or stainless pipes. NAS 1638 flushing and class-approved hydrostatic pressure testing.

Pump Overhaul & Laser Alignment

Mechanical seal replacement, bearing renewal and vibration-free operation with laser alignment. Pump impeller and shaft balancing to ISO 1940 with vibration analysis.

NDT & Certified Steel Works

Deck and hull plate replacement carried out by WPS/PQR certified welders. Class survey preparation with Ultrasonic (UT), Radiographic (RT) and Magnetic (MT) NDT testing.

Smart Villa & Building Automation

KNX & Crestron Automation

Central management of lighting, curtain/blind and climate systems. Cinema, Holiday and Welcome scenes. Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant voice command integration.

DALI Lighting & Pool Control

Lighting dimmable from 1% to 100% with the DALI protocol and RGBW colour scenes. Remote pool/jacuzzi water temperature control, pH/ORP chemical automation and flood prevention.

HVAC & AI-Supported CCTV

Zone climate control with KNX thermostats and CO2 air quality monitoring. AI-supported IP cameras, beam detectors and seamless Wi-Fi 6 Mesh throughout the villa.

Smart Climate Control (HVAC)

Zone control of VRF and underfloor heating systems with KNX thermostats. Automatic ventilation with CO2 and humidity sensors. The air conditioning switches off automatically when a window is opened.

Network (Wi-Fi 6) & Rack Infrastructure

Wi-Fi 6 Mesh and Access Point installation for seamless roaming throughout the villa. 4K/8K data transfer over a CAT7 and fibre optic backbone. Professional rack cabinet layout.
